Tammy Cane
Development Manager

Tammy is our Development Manager.
She spends her time managing projects in multiple markets including projects in feasibility, pre-construction, and construction phases. 
 
Prior to joining deChase in May 2022, Tammy spent the past 20 years working in Commercial Real Estate Development with Opus Northwest, Holland Partner Group, and Mill Creek Residential in the WA and OR markets. Her experience includes developing Multi-Family, Retail, Office, and Industrial projects. Tammy also brings her experience with Construction Management and Asset Management to the team. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Washington and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
 
In her free time Tammy loves to travel, explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and spend time with family and friends.
