     Anticipated Completion: Spring 2022
Sited on an urban cross street in downtown Boise, the project is tucked away on a minute 2,600 SF parcel at 5th and Grove in downtown Boise. BETA Office reimagines how urban infill development can respond to its context by creating a lively architectural dialog with surrounding buildings, streets, alleys and parks.
​
It embraces traditional materials in a modern way allowing it to stand out against the fabric of downtown Boise, while complimenting and evolving the historical context.  Though the restraints of such a small site are challenging, it was also seen as an opportunity to create a “jewel box” of a project that promises to hold it’s own identity within its urban context.
