This 541-stall parking garage brings much-needed parking relief as downtown Boise continues to develop previous surface parking property and the hotel will fulfill the growing need for hospitality accommodations in the city center. The Front Street remnant parcel was originally owned by the Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) and was within an Urban Renewal District.
Clay Carley and deChase Miksis were hired through an RFP process to develop the property. Carley and deChase developed the public parking garage, coordinating with Park Boise and partnered with Raymond Group to develop the hotel which will wrap the garage. deChase & Raymond contracted with the same General Contractor, which was a creative approach to allow succinct coordination on the many facets of the contracting effort.
