Caldwell Creekside is a mixed-use site for Caldwell that fits within the downtown Framework Master Plan and vision for the revitalization of the Old Town and Cultural Center. Building on the energy of Indian Creek, Caldwell Creekside will become a great place for downtown living.
The site is broken down into two buildings that are bisected by an pedestrian alleyway, which links to Indian Creek Plaza. This creates an activated corridor connecting the surrounding assets.
The new, centrally-located Creekside development provides a community gathering space, multifamily housing, retail, and restaurants in what will ultimately serve as the city’s growing downtown district.
