Creating a new identity for the company at the center of their premiere development, Arlie & Company set lofty goals in creating their new corporate headquarters. This project embodied the core values of the company; collaboration, environmental responsibility, and quality in design.
Arlie & Company is a dynamic, energetic company where sharing ideas are crucial to how the company works. The executive team for Arlie & Company wanted to ensure that this collaborative, team environment was fostered through careful design of their new workspace. The state-of-the-art corporate offices supports the corporate culture by featuring an open work environment with an emphasis on a variety of collaborative spaces for the cross-fertilization of ideas.
This project was the first project to be certified LEED Platinum in Lane County and one of only a handful of projects throughout the state to achieve this recognition — a reflection of the company’s environmental ethos in its built environment.
The project was fast-tracked to meet the tight schedule requirements of the owner. A highly integrated process was used with the project team to ensure the overall design and functional goals were met while delivering the project on time and within budget.
