Matt serves as Director of Development at deChase Miksis, where he leads the planning, entitlement, and execution of commercial and mixed-use projects. In this role, Matt oversees the full development lifecycle—from early concept through construction—ensuring each project aligns with the intended vision and goals.

Matt brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, having relocated to Boise from Seattle. Prior to joining deChase Miksis, he spent six years managing the design, entitlement, marketing, and financing of more than 1.3 million square feet of Class A mixed-use office space in a new 36-acre transit-oriented development in Bellevue, Washington. His work includes the delivery of neighborhood parks, streets, and utility infrastructure that support vibrant urban communities.
