​When Kendall Auto Group needed help acquiring property and developing  new facilities for their expansion into the Alaska market, deChase was the natural choice.  

In the challenging climate of Anchorage the 83,000 square-foot building needed to be scheduled and completed on time; there was no room for delays. deChase managed all facets of the development process from land acquisition through construction. The facility was completed on time and on budget in the spring of 2012.

The Fairbanks project consisted of two separate buildings, 74,000 square-foot auto sales and service facility and a 45,000 square-foot enclosed parking structure. To save time and resources, the existing parking structure was redeveloped as two dealerships on the main floor, plus an indoor showroom on the second floor. The auto sales and service building was redeveloped as a single sales facility with service for all brands.  

In addition to the construction and development management of these facilities deChase developed a maintenance plan to ensure the building will act as intended and eliminate differed maintenance issues to maintain future value.
