Tammy joined deChase Miksis in May 2022, bringing with her over two decades of experience in commercial real estate development. She manages projects in multiple markets and across various phases, including feasibility, pre-construction, and construction.

Tammy’s professional background includes leadership roles with Opus Northwest, Holland Partner Group, and Mill Creek Residential, where she developed multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets throughout Washington and Oregon. She also brings valuable expertise in construction management and asset management to the team.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Washington, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with family and friends.
