Public-Private Partnership

deChase and Edlen & Co. are developing 2 different areas of the Atlas Mill Development, now "Bo", in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The project is designed as a mixed-use, mountain-modern waterfront community along the Spokane River. Collectively, the two areas will consist of eight 3-story buildings containing 150 residential units along with 27,550 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The mixed-use buildings are connected to each other and the community through native landscaped open space to provide opportunities for both visual and pedestrian connectivity to the waterfront

Area 10 allows for housing density with three-story residential buildings containing one- and two-bedroom flats are a fresh take on the garden style concept.

Area 12 is perfectly situated at the entrance of Bo to provide a greater mix of uses through mixed-use housing and retail and serves as a public connection to the waterfront.
