Chandler is a capital markets professional with extensive experience in capital raising, asset management, underwriting, and investor relations. Currently, he plays a pivotal role at deChase Miksis, where he is responsible for managing capital across various urban infill and mixed-use developments in the Intermountain West. His responsibilities include developing strategic theses for projects, conducting thorough market research, and fostering investor relations to ensure each venture aligns with investor goals and market demands. Chandler’s work in capital raising and underwriting is instrumental in securing financial backing, structuring deals, and driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet both financial targets and community impact goals.

 

Prior to joining deChase, Chandler worked on the real estate debt team at Principal Financial Group, where he worked on over $1.5 billion in transaction volume across multifamily, retail, industrial, and office assets in major markets like Chicago, Minneapolis, and Denver. Known for his systematic and data-driven approach, Chandler brings precision and transparency to his work, building trust with investors and stakeholders alike. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys running, mountain biking, and building connections over coffee with new acquaintances.
