Located adjacent to the Pioneer Pathway and a small public park, this 34-unit, pet-friendly, LEED Gold certified, townhome community connects it's residents to the Boise River, the greenbelt, and the University via pedestrian paths and quick access to downtown Boise.  These townhomes were thoughtfully designed and constructed to be sustainable, safe, and energy-efficient which translates to lower utility bills and healthier homes for residents.  Our collaboration partners, The City of Boise, Capital City Development Corporation, and Boise Parks and Recreation Department, were key to bringing this workforce housing community to life. 

The design pays homage to the historic Hayman House located adjacent to the property as well as the history of the neighborhood. The mix of uses included townhomes, flats, retail, open space, and pedestrian supported amenities. Most of the units have a dedicated garage and there is covered parking for the balance of the residents, which sports a green roof on top of the carports.

Local coffee vendor, Push & Pour occupies the 500 sq. ft. of retail space along Pioneer Pathway.

Partnered with Pivot North Architecture, the project serves as a model for progress in urban areas facing an affordable housing crisis.
