This 1940’s-built, former furniture warehouse, 1203 Willamette warehouse had been unoccupied for several years.  deChase Miksis partnered with local businesses and individuals to bring new life to the facility with retail and commercial spaces. The project took on complete structural, electrical, mechanical, and building envelope upgrades to deliver a fully modernized mixed-use facility. Additionally, one of the priorities of the redesign was to utilize ample natural light. The building is currently fully occupied with restaurants on the ground floor along Willamette Street and office space on the second floor. The project has been a key element to the revitalization of the Mid-Town District of Willamette. 

deChase identified the property, negotiated the sale, raised the required capital, and secured all the financing – then managed all aspects of the development of the project including financing management, coordination of tenant improvements, oversight of construction, and ensured on-schedule project delivery.
