ANALYST / DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Christina has an extensive background in finance ranging from corporate, non-profit, economic development to municipalities. Most recently, working as a Revenue Analyst for the City of Cambridge in Massachusetts, Christina managed projects to streamline the City’s revenue collection system across multiple departments. Each project enhanced the collection and reconciliation process through the implementation of new software and protocol, thereby creating a standard. Christina managed and worked with multiple stakeholders during each implementation to successfully cater to each department's needs during the process.
Being part of meaningful, community-inspired projects are what attracts Christina to the development process. Using her years of analytical, organizational, and project management skills, Christina focuses on pro forma analysis, tracking project performance, and financial metrics at deChase Miksis.
Christina is a member of the Portland branch of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Always seeking an active role in her community, Christina has served on the Arlington Finance Committee in Massachusetts and looks forward to getting involved in the Budget Committee in Eugene.
Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado. In 2018, she completed a certificate program in Real Estate Finance at Boston University.
