Christina Hansberry

Christina has an extensive background in finance ranging from corporate, non-profit, economic development to municipal work. Prior to joining deChase Miksis, Christina worked as a Revenue Analyst for the City of Cambridge in Massachusetts. Being part of meaningful, community-inspired projects are what attracts Christina to the development process. Using her years of analytical, organizational, and project management skills, Christina focuses on pro forma analysis, tracking project performance, and financial metrics.
Christina recently moved to the left coast from Massachusetts where she leaves behind the Celtics and a few other notable professional teams. On any given day you can find Christina biking around town or exploring the Willamette Valley to ski, climb, or row. Always seeking an active role in her community, Christina has served on the Arlington Finance Committee in Massachusetts and looks forward to getting involved and learning more about the City of Eugene Budget Committee. She was recently was accepted to the Portland Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is also volunteering with SquareOne Villages, a non-profit organization creating self-managed communities of cost-effective tiny homes for people in need of housing. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado. In 2018, she completed a certificate program in Real Estate Finance at Boston University. In 2020, she received a master's degree in Commerce and Economic Development from Northeastern University. |
